solarguard (Soft coat low-e)

SolarGuard is a Supreme's trade name for generally called Soft Coat Low-E glass. The Low-Emissivity (.035) coating on Solarban 60 glass from PPG combined with argon gas ensures superior thermal performance.

SolarGuard Features & Benifits:

• Improves window U-value as compared to uncoated glass.
• Allows the inner pane to stay warmer in winter.
• Reduces room side condensation of the window.
• Saves on both heating and cooling costs with energy efficient windows.
• Comfort is enhanced by reducing drafts around windows and allowing higher room humidity without condensation.

solarplus (hard coat low-e)

SolarPlus is a Supreme's trade name for generally called Hard Coat Low-E glass. SolarPlus bu AGC's Comfort E-PS Low-Emissivity (.148) glass based on Passive Solar Technology is designed to take advantage of free solar heat, resulting in higher inside glass temperature. Passive solar and thermal insulation reduce the draft sensation caused by cold glass surface, providing cozy windows that reduce heating cost.

SolarPlus Features & Benifits:

• delivers the highest Solar Heat Gain Coefficient (0.73) resulting oustanding energy performance.
• slows the movement of heat from warm to cold, which means more heated air stays inside your home instead of escaping through windows.
• Eliminate the cold drafy feeling next to windows
• designed to be extremely neutral, not tinted that allows 74% if visible light into the room as compared to clear glass.

Triple glazing

Triple Glazing is the insulating sealed unit option to add extra pane of glass into traditional Dual Glazed Sealed Unit.

Triple Glazing option improves energy efficiency and reduces exterior noises dramatically. Additional air space, double 1/2" air space, significantly reduces the winter time condensation problems by isolating inside warm air from cold outside air.

obscured (or Patterned) glass

Obscured (or Patterned) glass can be used for both decorative effect and privacy and typically used for bathroom windows and entrance doors. Supreme offers a variety of patterns to meet our customers unique tastes.

These obscured glass can be tempered to increase strength and safety and also can be used in a Triple glazing sealed unit for your energy concern.

Tempered Glass

Tempered safety glass is commonly used in automobile windows for safety and security. When a piece of glass gets tempered using a process that heats, then quickly cools, it gets five to 10 times stronger than untempered glass.

Tempered Glass also comes with Low-E option to increase energy efficiency.

Laminatated glass

Laminated Glass is a piece of sandwitched glass with a thin layer of clear flexible plastic film called PVB (polyvinyl butyral). The plastic film holds the glass in place when the glass breaks, helping to lessen injuries from flying glass. The film also can stretch, yet the glass still sticks to it. It is also quite difficult to penetrate laminated safety glass, compared to normal window pane glass.

GPW (Georgian Polished Wire) glass

GPW (Georgian Polished Wire) glass is made of two pieces of glass glued together on each side of polished wire mat.
